Teen Center is Open
Spacer
·       The new teen center at 42 Main Street has regular hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 2:30 to 5:30 (when school is open) and on Saturdays from 2-8pm.  The center was created primarily to serve teens in grades 8 through 12 who live in the Great Brook School towns (Antrim, Hancock, Bennington and Francestown), and is also open to teens in the same grades in the ConVal towns.
·       The center comes complete with a regulation pool table, foos ball, ping pong and air hockey, as well as a graffiti wall, board games, and a stereo.  There is space to do home work or just hang out, and a computer for teen use.  Drinks and snacks are on sale at very reasonable prices, with proceeds to benefit the center.
·       Teens and parents are encouraged to read Teen Center Information for Parents (link) and Teen Center Code of Conduct to learn more about the center.  And if you have a particular skill or talent you'd be willing to share with teens, have a few hours available to help supervise an event, or are interested in some Community Service hours, please contact teen center Coordinator Dave Kirkpatrick at 588-3334 or email at teencenter@tds.net.
