Antrim Planning Board
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Antrim Town Hall on the request of Cochran Mills (Maineline Graphics) for a Major Site Plan Review for modification to facilitate access and truck turn to a proposed 2000 sf addition to be attached to the existing structure (formerly known as Place in the Woods). The proposed project is located at 128 Concord Street (Map 232 Lot 35) in the Highway Business District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Office 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
