NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the Antrim Town Hall on the request of Michael Renda for a Variance from Article XI-A, Section(s) 10(c/d): Primary Structure Setback 100 Feet. The applicant proposes to construct an addition of a 12 foot deck on the walkout side of the primary structure on property owned by Susan Ward located at 128 Brimstone Corner Road (Map 240, Lot 4), Antrim, NH 03440 in the Shoreland District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting. The application will remain on the Zoning Board of Adjustment agenda until the case is resolved, although no further notice will be given.
