While on patrol on Concord St. facing South near Cross Rd. I
saw a vehicle go by with its muffler hanging very low. It
appeared to be broken. I made a car stop on Concord St. near
Elm St. During motor vehicle stop on the above vehicle the
operator was found to have a suspended license. See AR to

        Narrative:    
While performing stationary radar on Concord St. near Cross
Rd. I saw a blue Ford F150 approach my location traveling
at 38 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. As the Ford passed my
cruiser it sped up to 44 mph and crossed the yellow line. I
pulled out and followed the Ford as it traveled north on
Concord St. I saw the Ford slow back down to 40 mph and
cross the fog line. I saw the high beams turn off then back
on with no oncoming traffic. I saw the Ford start to speed
back up to 45 mph and cross the yellow line again. I made a
car stop near Old Concord Rd. Subsequent testing led to the
operator being arrested for Driving Under the Influence of
Alcohol or Drugs.

        Narrative:    
While on patrol on Smith Rd I crested the hill in the area
of 322 and as I did I observed a vehicle, bearing NH
registration 3417070, stopped completely in the south bound
travel lane of the road. I observed the vehicle to not have
its lights on, the engine running, and the windows
completely fogged up. After making contact with the male
operator who was sitting in the driver's seat, and checking
his welfare, he advised he did not have his license with him
and provided his name which matched who the vehicle was
registered to. Dispatch then advised Mr. Foster's license
had expired on 09/02/2013. As a result I issued Mr. Foster a
must appear summons for operating without a valid license.
The vehicle was later moved to a safe location further down
the road by his female passenger who had a valid license.
Mr. Foster then left the scene with his summons stating he
was walking home. See AR for details.

While checking the area of Liberty Farm Road and Stacy Hill
Road for the past tense stolen vehicle, I located the stolen
vehicle, identified as a 2005 red Volvo 50 bearing NH Reg:
ADIUSIE to be parked behind a skidder.  I
observed a female to be out of the vehicle walking behind
the Skidder.  Upon approach to the vehicle I observed the
female to enter the volvo.  I drew my firearm and ordered
the female, later identified as Nason, out of the vehicle
and she was taken into custody without incident.  The victim
and vehicle owner, identified the vehicle as his and
also identified all property not belonging to him.  Evidence
was secured and the vehicle was given back to the victim. Nason
was transported to the APD where she was booked and bailed
on $25000 PR bail set by Brenda Wesoly with a court date of
5-8-14 at the 6th Circuit District Division-Hillsboro.  
Nason was released to the care, custody and control of her
brother James Callum.  See AR for further details.

        Narrative:    
While on patrol, east on Keene Rd, performing radar in
motion I observed a vehicle to approach my location
traveling west at a high rate of speed. I received a high
audible pitch from car 1's radar unit which showed a digital
speed of 62 mph in a posted 50 mph zone. I observed the
vehicle to maintain a speed of 62 mph and not slow down as
it entered a posted 45 mph zone. After making a stop of the
vehicle, later identified by its NY registration FSS6803 as
a 2009 BMW 328IS, color gray and speaking with the male
operator, Mr. Henzel, Dispatch advised his NY license was
suspended. As a result I informed Mr. Henzel he was under
arrest for operating his vehicle while having a suspended
license and placed him in handcuffs in the front which I
then checked for fit and double locked for safety. The
vehicle was off of the roadway and allowed to remain on
scene as Mr. Henzel had made arrangements for a friend to
pick up his vehicle. I transported Mr. Henzel to the APD for

was released to himself and waited in the lobby for a friend
