Narrative:
Conducted a MVS on Concord Street in the area of Dugre's
Auto for a defective headlight and tail light. I approached
the driver's side and spoke with the male operator who was
physically hiding his eyes and would not look at me. I
detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage and the male
subject admitted to consuming one budweiser at a friend's
house in Antrim. The male subject eventually looked at me
and I noticed his eyes to be very bloodshot. The male
subject was identified through his NH Driver's license as
Castellano and agreed to SFST's. Castellano submitted to
SFST's and failed same. PBT result of .000Bac. Castellano
stated he had been around a large amount of marijuana use
all night while at the party and was subsequently arrested
for DWI, drug related. See next log entry for details.
