____ If the Recreation Director and I agree that lifeguarding is for me, then I will register for the lifeguarding course in time to be a lifeguard for Summer 2008. The Town of Antrim will pay for my training. I will try to be available for the lifeguard training chosen by the Recreation Department, but if I am not available for that training, I will locate a different but equal program.

____ If I fail to complete the lifeguard course due to circumstances I can control, then I will reimburse the town the cost of the lifeguarding class. (IE: Dropout, poor attendance, poor effort)

____ If I complete the class successfully, I agree to work for the Town for at least two of the next three consecutive summers, as a paid lifeguard.
