Welcome back to those who participated in the Ski & Ride program last year and hope to see many more new faces in the 2011-2012 season!
ANTRIM PARKS & RECREATION SKI & RIDE CLUB
Get reduced rates on Crotched Mountain passes before Tuesday, October 11, 2011 – Please know that this is our major fundraiser for the year. The Ski & Ride Club will receive 7% of the total passes sold and this goes directly into the many programs and bus trips we offer the community throughout the year.
Crotched Mountain has announced the Group Season Pass Program for this coming season. They have changed their group area.~ Attached is the new flyer with pricing and procedures for ordering. You can follow this link www.crotchedmountain.com/school_programs.html. When you get to this page click Groups & Clubs then scroll to the bottom and click on the picture button that says School & Club Login. The Club Name is Antrim Recreation Ski & Ride and the Member Password is arsrmember.~ Then click Go Shopping! Season pass prices remain the same. The only increase is Midnight Madness. Adult tickets remain at $349 and Juniors/Seniors to $299.~ If you are a family of greater than 4 it will make sense to buy a family pass directly from Crotched and not through the group. Please let us know if you have any questions with the registration process.
We will have a REGISTRATION here in the office on Saturday, October 8th, during our first Sports Equipment Swap and Shop event from 11AM to 2PM. ~Bring your boots, ski’s, snowboards, skateboards, cleats, all sports equipment and gear that is in good sellable or swappable condition. You must stay with your equipment and be prepared to remove it immediately from the facility if it does not sell.
You can register right online, and pay with a credit card, cash or check. PAYING BY CASH or CHECK – simply complete the registration online and bring your cash or check to the Antrim Parks & Recreation Department or deliver to the Antrim Town Hall. You many also mail your payment to the Town of Antrim, Attn Ski & Ride Club, P.O. Box 517, Antrim, NH 03440. Payment Plans are available so please contact us at 588-3121 or antrimrecreation@tds.net. Payment Plans will need to be paid in full before receiving your passes.
We will be providing transportation to the mountain on Wednesdays after school in January and February provided there is enough interest. The bus will take two trips if there are enough middle school students to warrant a middle school bus! We would need at least 8 participants to run the bus. If interested in the please let us know and we will put your name on the list. There is a reduced fee to ride the bus for our Ski & Ride Club members.
We will try and schedule bus trips to other Mountains during February vacation, provided the interest is there. We will keep you posted.
