Town of Antrim–Board of Selectmen

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 PM by Chairman Michael Genest in the Little Town Hall.
Members Present: John Robertson, Michael Genest, Robert L. Edwards
Staff Present: Town Administrator Donna Hanson, Road Agent Jim Plourde, Water & Sewer Superintendent Matt Miller
Others Present: Peter Holden and Jim O’Brien from Holden Engineering, Mark Norby and Brian Campbell from Park Construction, Jonathan Harries from Rural Development
- The contract between the Town of Antrim and Park Construction was signed for the Highland Ave/Pleasant Street project.
- Mr. Holden gave an overview of the project scheduling, payment schedule, work hours, the importance of communication between the town and residents. Park Construction will begin the project on May 1st and will provide a more detailed schedule. Mr. Holden will also be on the job the first few weeks speaking to the residents in more detail about the project and how it will affect their property during construction.
- After no further business Mr. Genest moved to adjourn at 11:30 a.m., Mr. Robertson seconded. Passed 3/0
