PREPROCESSING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS
Absentee Ballot outer envelopes will be opened on October 31 starting at 9 AM in the Little Town Hall. The Moderator, Town Clerk, and 2 Election Officers will open the outer envelope and assure a signature on the affidavit envelope. The affidavit envelope and the inner ballot will not be opened until November 3 – Election Day.
