Learn about the six pillars ofa brain-healthy lifestyle:
Engaging Your Brain, Being Social, Ongoing Exercise, Eating Right, Restorative Sleep, and Managing Stress.  AARP will present brain-boosting activities, and encourage participants to share personal tips for maintaining brain health.  This program will be via Zoom and Zoom in the library.
