Meeting Minutes
January 9, 2018

Present:  Trustees William Bryk, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, Margie Warner, Cindy Jewett, Director; Shelly Connolly (visitor)
Tonight’s agenda and the Minutes from the previous meeting were approved. 

The draft Tuttle Library submission to the Town Report was approved.

Ron Haggett presented the Treasurer’s Report.  Bill moved and Steve seconded the motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report.  Adopted unanimously.

Cindy presented the Library Director’s report.  In addition, she submitted the circulation records for 2017. 

The Trustees agreed to defer revision of the Library By-Laws and Policies until the next scheduled meeting. 

Cindy reported on her statistical analysis methods. 

Steve moved and Bill seconded a motion to request Ron to prepare a list of physical infrastructure demands and possible solutions and present it in April.  Adopted unanimously.

Cindy presented a list of 2018 projects.  

Ron moved and Bill seconded the motion to adjourn.  Approved unanimously.
