Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
February 13, 2018 Minutes

Present: Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, and Margaret Warner; Cindy Jewett, Library Director.

Steve moved and Ron seconded the adoption of the proposed agenda.  Agreed unanimously.

Steve moved and Ron seconded the adoption of the Minutes from January 9, 2018 meeting.  Agreed unanimously.   

Ron presented the monthly Treasurer’s Report. The Library is currently on its projected budgetary path.  

Cindy presented the monthly Library Director’s report.  The final statistics submitted to the state government will be available this coming Friday.    

Steve moved and Ron seconded a motion to allow the Antrim Grange to host a New Hampshire Humanities Council speaker on New Hampshire graveyards on Saturday, October 20th.  Agreed unanimously. 

In February, the Library hosted a talk by Michael Ward, the author of A Colored Man in Exeter.

The President of the Antrim Historical Society reported on planned 2018 programs.

The Trustees are planning a spring workshop aimed at revising existing “James A. Tuttle Library Policy” and “Personnel Policies.” 

Steve moved and Ron seconded a motion to adjourn at 8:05 p.m.
