Meeting Minutes
March 20, 2018

Present:  Trustees William Bryk, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner; Cindy Jewett, Library Director

Ron moved and Steve seconded acceptance of the agenda.  Adopted unanimously

Bill moved and Ron seconded a motion to postpone the election of Trustee officers for the 2018-2019 term until April 10, 2018. Adopted unanimously. 

Bill moved and Ron seconded a motion to accept the February minutes as amended.  Adopted unanimously.

Ron reported on the lighting of the 2nd floor AHS room cabinets.  He also informed Trustees of improvements in the basement oil tank.   Finally, Ron updated the Trustees on the Library’s current financial picture which is quite healthy.   

Cindy delivered the Library Director’s monthly report. She listed an impressive set of Library-based activities. 

Cindy continues with her work on policy revision. 

Bill moved and Steve seconded a motion to adjourn.
