Meeting Minutes
December 11, 2018

Present: Trustees: William Bryk, Shelly Connolly, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner, Cindy Jewett, Library Director

Shelly moved and Bill seconded acceptance of the agenda. Adopted unanimously.
Steve moved and Shelly seconded a motion to accept November 13, 2018 Minutes. Adopted unanimously.

Shelly presented the Treasurer’s Report.
Ron updated the Trustees on the physical condition of the facility.

Cindy presented the Director’s report. The Festival of Trees has scheduled several events at the Library.
delivered the Director’s report. The Trustees discussed subscriptions to daily newspapers and streaming services.

The Trustees authorized the normal holiday bonuses for staff.

Shelly moved and Steve seconded a motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
