Library Board of Trustees

March 16, 2020

Members Present: Shelly Connolly, Steve Ullman, and Rick Wood.
Also present, Library Director, Cindy Jewett

The meeting was called to order by Steve Ullman at 4:00.

The purpose of the meeting was to approve a policy and plan regarding library services during the COV ID-19 danger.  This plan was prepared by Cindy.  Rick moved and Shelly seconded that the procedures be approved as presented.  The motion passed unanimously.  The notice will be posted immediately, to be effective on March 17. 

Future programs at the library including the Great Decisions program and the Distinguished Speakers Lecture Series will be postponed through the end of April.  This is subject to change. 

A decision on the deep cleaning proposal has been postponed until after the COV ID-19 danger has passed.

Ms. McKenzie’s mural proposal will be discussed after the COV ID-19 danger has passed.

We will continue to work with contractors on exterior painting and repairs to the library.  This work was approved at the town meeting as a warrant article and all invoices related to this work will go to the town to be paid. 

Shelly moved and Rick seconded that the meeting is adjourned at 4:20.
