Present:  Trustees William Bryk, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, Margie Warner, Cindy Jewett, Director; Shelly Connolly,

Shelly moved and William seconded acceptance of the agenda.  Adopted unanimously.

Steve moved and Ron seconded a motion to accept the June minutes.  Adopted unanimously.

Ron presented the Treasurer’s Report.  The Twin Bridges Services contracts were distributed.  Also handed out were the New Hampshire Trustees Association membership materials.  The Board approved the Apollo Bibilionix computer system quote.  The Trustees also approved the acquisition of security equipment.

The Trustees discussed Library and Grapevine parking.

Shelly moved and Ron seconded a motion to adjourn.  Adopted unanimously.
