Meeting Minutes
September 18, 2018

Present:  Trustees William Bryk, Shelly Connolly, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner; Cindy Jewett, Library Director

Shelly moved and William seconded acceptance of the agenda.  Adopted unanimously.

Steve moved and Ron seconded a motion to accept the August  Minutes.   Adopted unanimously.

Shelly presented the Treasurer’s Report. 

Steve moved and William seconded a motion to authorize Library Director to purchase the electronic equipment needed for the Library screening room. The budget will be up to $5,000.  Adopted unanimously.

Cindy delivered the Director’s report. 

Ron presented a tentative budget for the next fiscal year.  This proposal is in line with the Town government’s guidelines.  William moved and Shelly seconded a motion to accept this proposal.  Adopted unanimously.

The Trustees discussed behavior problems with a particular patron.  

Shelly moved and Ron seconded a motion to adjourn.  Adopted unanimously.
