Meeting Minutes
November 13, 2018

Present: Trustees: Shelly Connolly, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner, Cindy Jewett, Library Director; Guest: Rick Wood

Shelly moved and Steve seconded acceptance of the agenda. Adopted unanimously.

Steve moved and Shelly seconded a motion to accept October 9, 2018 Minutes. Adopted unanimously.

Shelly presented the Treasurer’s Report. She has completed a year to date audit. The accounts are all in good order.

Cindy delivered the Director’s report. The Library is now hosting the Festival of Trees preparation. The staff is updating patron, holdings, and circulation
records. Library Assistant Cynthia Jones has moved to Illinois. The Trustees will miss her friendly, competent services. Ms. Jones will be eligible for the Christmas bonus.
Barbara Black and Kathi Wasserloos created impressive World War I exhibits in the Antrim Historical Society room.

Cindy reported on basement space reorganization and additional shelving for the Festival of Trees. materials. FOT members and Library Director Cindy will explore purchase options.

Shelly moved and Steve seconded a motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
