Board Members Present: Michael Genest, Chairman; John Robertson, Selectman; Robert L. Edwards, Selectman
Staff Present: Donna Hanson, Town Administrator; Jim Plourde Road Agent
Others Present: Anitra Sorenson, Resident

Agenda Items:

  1. Approval of Minutes
  • Mr. Robertson moved to approve the minutes of May 22, 2020. Mr. Edwards seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Edwards-yes, Mr. Robertson-yes, Mr. Genest-yes
  1. Hancock/Antrim Road Maintenance Agreement
  • Mr. Robertson moved to terminate the agreement and have Hancock maintain High Street to the Antrim  town line and Antrim maintain Willard Pond Road as of July 1, 2020. Mr. Edwards seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Edwards-yes, Mr. Robertson-yes, Mr. Genest-yes
  1. TDS Agreement
  • The Select Board agreed to continue with the TDS Agreement that permits the town to use the grassy area behind the TDS building on Summer Street in exchange for maintenance of the area.
  1. Town Administrator Update
  • Mr. Genest moved to correct the salary for the Park & Rec employee that was approved at the last meeting. Mr. Robertson seconded. Mr. Edwards seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Edwards-yes, Mr. Robertson-yes, Mr. Genest-yes
  1. Non-Public RSA 91 a 3 II (b)
  • Mr. Genest moved to hire Shawn Plourde for the Highway Department. Mr. Robertson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Edwards – yes, Mr. Robertson – yes, Mr. Genest – yes
