Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the Antrim Town Hall concerning the following: Katherine K. Wasserloos for a dimensional variance from Article VI, C.1.a to decrease the current lot to an area of 10,051 sq ft and with a frontage of 90’ feet on Highland Ave., and create a second proposed lot with an area of 10,475 sq ft with a frontage of 89.9’ ft on Highland Ave.  If this variance is approved, the applicant will then have to go before the Planning Board for a minor subdivision.  The property is located on 14 Highland Ave. (Tax Map 104, Lot 091) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Residential Water & Sewer District.

You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
