NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATIONS
*Meeting Postponed until further notice*
Please be advised that on the advice of the Antrim Health Officer, due to concerns regarding the coronavirus, all Planning and Zoning Board meetings are being suspended until further notice. This includes the previously-scheduled public hearing of the Planning Board on March 19, 2020 and that of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on March 24, 2020; both of these hearings will be rescheduled and renoticed as soon as these Boards are able to convene. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 at the Antrim Town Hall concerning the following: Jerry Frost et al for a dimensional variance from Article VII, Section D. d. to construct a porch within the 50’ (foot) set back on a house that is already non-conforming and within the 50’ (foot) set back. The property is located on 53 Old Pound Rd. (Tax Map 227, Lot 027) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Rural District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at email@example.com. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
