TOWN OF ANTRIM - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 7th , 2020 at the Antrim Town Hall concerning the following: JT Enterprises LLC, for a special exception from Article VII, Section C. h. in order to construct an excavation site and allow reasonable access and development of the applicant’s land. The property is located on the corner of Elm Ave and Smith Rd. (Tax Map 214, Lot(s) 011, 012, & 013) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Rural District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Masks are required and social distancing. This hearing will also be live on Zoom, and log on information will be posted on the Agenda on the Town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
