TOWN OF ANTRIM - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

 

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 21st , 2020 at the Antrim Town Hall concerning the following: Harbor Camps, LLC.,  for a special exception from Article VII, Section D. d. in order to keep 4 already built shed-like cabins that were constructed within the shoreland protection setback of 100’(feet).   The property is located at 4 Brimstone Corner Road, (Tax Map 240, Lot 002) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Lakefront Residential and Rural Conservation District.  

You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Masks and social distancing are required. This hearing will also be live on Zoom, and log on information will be posted on the Agenda on the Town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

    1. Applicant is requesting an after-the-fact approval for a special exception for the construction of four cabins that were constructed within the Shoreland Protection District.
