ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT &
PLANNING BOARD

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at a regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment beginning at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the Antrim Town Hall concerning the following: Peter Mellen for a variance from Article VIII, Section C. 1 & 3 to create a lot with a total area of 8,045 square feet with a minimum lot width of 107.01 feet, on property located on Gregg Lake Rd. (Tax Map 101, Lot 046) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Lakefront Residential District.

If the variances being requested by the applicant are granted, the applicant will have a public hearing at the regular meeting of the Planning Board beginning at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 17th, 2019 at the Antrim Town Hall for a lot line adjustment to annex land from Tax Map 101 Lot 046, to property owned by Samuel Zachos located at 181 Gregg Lake Rd. (Tax Map 101 Lot 047) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Lakefront Residential District. If a decision cannot be reached, this application will stay on the agenda for the next scheduled meeting.

You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
