5. Continuing work on bylaws  (drafts attached)
6. Developing a plan and schedule for creating the ACB Mission Statement
7. Reviewing and voting on approving (or not) the NH Charitable Fund Express grant submitted by Gordon on May 20^th (GA apologies for no prior notice – got home on the 19^th and wrote on 20^th, which was the deadline for submission
8. Responding to the communication from Temple on interest in community boards
9. Developing options for fast tracking “shovel ready” projects
10. Listening to and discussing any comments from public members
11. Other business
12. Adjournment and setting the date and time for next meeting
