The Antrim Newcomers Club and the Antrim Community Board are hosting Antrim’s first Community Fair on 3 June at Town Hall. We are reaching out to see if your organization would like to participate in the event. We are organizing this event to help get the word out about the many great activities and volunteer opportunities in and around Antrim. Think of this as one stop shopping to find a new audience for your offerings or potential new volunteers. Organizations that are located in or that service the town of Antrim are welcome to join in.
Date: 3 June
Time: 12-3pm. The event will begin right after the Grapevine’s Black Fly event in hopes of capturing more attendees
Location: Upstairs at Town Hall.
What participants need to bring: a folding table (3-4 feet square), handouts, signage and maybe some type of quick activity to encourage attendees to visit your table and stay longer. Chairs will be provided.
Fee: this event is free for participants and attendees.
