CONVAL SCHOOLS CONSOLIDATION/RECONFIGURATION MEETING
September 5, 2023
Your ConVal School Board and Administration have contracted with Prismatic Services, from Charlotte, NC. The objective being to gather information about our district’s current school configuration and recommend possible reconfigurations for your voting approval.

The first meeting will take place in each individual town separately, at different times. It will be hosted in-person by Prismatic Services.
The first meeting will take place at Antrim Elementary School on September 21st ,2023 at 7:00PM and is scheduled to last about 90 minutes. Please let us know if you will be attending this important meeting by emailing me at rledwardsbos@gmail.com by September 19th, 2023, or calling me at 603-588-6861.

The second meeting will be an on-line forum with no in-person participation. This forum will be with the participation of all towns combined. Hosting will be administered by Prismatic Services. The second meeting is currently being scheduled sometime during the week of October 9-13. As soon as we firm up the one day during that week when the meeting is to be held, we’ll let you know.

There will also be an on-line survey for you to complete. The survey will be available on-line during the weeks of September 11th through the 22nd, 2023.
This is a very important district-wide initiative, and we thank you all for expressing your opinions and for being involved.
