On Thursday November 16, 2023, between 2:15 and 3:15 p.m., at the James A. Tuttle Library, Book Club  members will be discussing Laura Schroff’s An Invisible Thread.  This book is “The true story of an 11-yearold panhandler, a busy sales executive, and an unlikely meeting with destiny.”

Among the questions Club members will probe on the 18th are:

  1. Why should the eleven-year-old Maurice trust Laura?  Isn’t her interest in him creepy?
  2. How does Laura’s personal history shape her behavior?
  3. How does Maurice’s family life shape his behavior?
  4. What messages does this narrative convey

The Antrim Eclectic Book Club meets  every third Thursday each month  between 2:15 PM and 3:15 PM at the James A Tuttle library.
