Draft Minutes Antrim Parks and Recreation Commission meeting April 8 2021
 Attendees:  Isaac Lombard, Celeste Lunetta, Joan Gorga, Jonas Taub, Tim Morehouse, Tom Davis
 1. Farmers Market
     Aimee Mullahy presented ideas on a farmers market around the Main Street area on Wednesday nights.  Possible vendors, parking and placement of the vendors was discussed along with timing.  The board decided to move forward with Celeste and Tim assisting Aimee in contacting possible vendors to poll interest
 2.  Possible new Commission member
     Lisa Hennessy sat in the meeting expressing interest in joining PARC  She was well received and gave valuable input to the meeting
  3.  Gregg Lake
   -   LWCF grant proposal--Celeste,Joan,Kathi Wasserloos and Tim are working on information for the preliminary proposal
  -    SUP/Kayak rental--Celeste emailed contracts and rules and regulations from both Amherst and Peterborough to members and supplied added information
-   Kayak rack rules--Joan suggested changes in line 7 that the board approved.  Line 8 was also allowed to stay (typo).  Jonas requested line 9 be added signifying dates the rack will be available for rent and liability if items were left at the rack without PARC consent. Cement barriers for boat launch, to delineate kayak rack area
 4.  Memorial Park
     - It was requested that benches be purchased for the park.  Tim will give a design and quote to Celeste for the build of park benches. Commission discussed  vandalism, littering, with assistance requested from police, including asking for police to join our meeting in May or June.  Trash can added back to park
 5.  Shea Field
Field has been dethatched and work on infield is ongoing.      Celeste had requests for field use by Con-Val teams.  The board decided to follow her recommendation.
No progress on Shea Field Use agreement with school district, town administrator is following up
Celeste advises that the erosion on the slope between the playground and 1st base line/ dugout needs to be stabilized.  Bottle filling station is being considered.  Water at the shed is potable.
 6.  Town Gym
Town meeting went well. All attendees wore face coverings.
The doors have not been repaired; school district is recommending they be painted as a hold over.
 7.  Rec Dept. Update
      Summer Employee Schematic;Fencing and Archery is still in the works ;Fishing Derby scheduled for May; Also Bike Safety Rodeo; Spring sports include Baseball and Softball.

 8.  Other Business
Next Meeting is Thursday May 13 at 7pm. Location TBD.
