Select Board Meeting Minutes

Monday December 13, 2021 6:00 PM

Town Hall Board Members Present: John Robertson, Chairman; Tom Davis, Selectman; Michael Ott, Selectman

Staff Present: Donna Hanson, Town Administrator; Marshall Gale, Fire Chief; Brian Lord, Police Chief; Scott Osgood, Town Planner Others Present: Bob Edwards, Neil Patteson, CIP; Rick Wood, Library Trustee

Agenda Items:. 1. Approval of Minutes  Mr. Ott moved to approve the November 22, 2021 public and non-public minutes. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed 3/0

2. CIP Presentation  Mr. Edwards and Mr. Osgood presented the CIP recommendations to the Select Board.

3. Budget Review  The preliminary budgets for the Library and Highway were reviewed.

4. Antrim Community Board Update  Mr. Allan discussed the procedures that have been accomplished since the Community Board was formed in March. The bylaws and master plan were done.

5. Meetings Attended  Mr. Robertson attended the Water & Sewer meeting. Mr. Davis attended the Planning Board meeting. Mr. Ott attended the Recreation meeting. All minutes can be found at AntrimNH.org.  Mr. Davis moved to grant Mr. McAllister signature authority on the Park & Recreation grant application. Mr. Ott seconded. Passed 3/0.

6. Other Business  There will be a meeting on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 9 am via zoom to update the Hazard Mitigation plan.  Mr. Ott moved to reappoint Linda Bryer and Frank Gorga to the Conservation Committee. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed 3/0

7. Non-Public RSA 91A:3 II (a)  Mr. Robertson moved to go into non-public session. Mr. Davis seconded Passed 3/0

8. Seal  Mr. Robertson moved to seal part the non-public minutes. Mr. Ott seconded. Passed 3/0 9. Closing  Mr. Davis moved to adjourn at 7:00 P.M. Mr. Ott seconded. Passed 3/0
