Select Board Meeting Minutes

Board Members Present: Michael Genest, Chairman; John Robertson, Selectman; Robert L Edwards, Selectman

Staff Present: Donna Hanson, Town Administrator; Diane Chauncey, Town Clerk

Others Present: Arthur Merrill, Moderator; Dennis McKenney

Agenda Items:

I.  Approval of Minutes

• Mr. Robertson moved to approve the February 22, 2021 minutes. Mr. Genest seconded. Passed 2/0

II.  Lot Mergers

• Mr. Robertson moved to approve the restoration of involuntarily merged lots for properties of Antrim Limited Partnership, tax map 235-014. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0 Mr. Edwards asked if this would affect Antrim Wind in anyway. Mr. McKenney said it would not.

III.  Town Meeting   

• Town meeting procedures were discussed. No one will be allowed to hand out materials inside the building other than the town report which will be placed on chairs before people arrive.
• Mr. Genest said he was willing to compromise on the Water & Sewer warrant article so the water users pay 55% instead of 60%. He said if they all compromise and agree to 55% then the article would have a better chance of passing if all three support it. Mr. Edwards said he wants to leave it the way it is because a flyer went out that spoke about 60% and he didn’t want to change it at this time. Mr. Robertson agreed.

IV.  Meetings attended.

• Mr. Edwards attended the Park & Rec meeting. Minutes can be found at https://www.antrimnh.org/parks-recreation.

V.  Non-Public RSA 91:A3II (b)

• Mr. Robertson moved to go into non-public session. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0

VI.  Sealed Minutes

The minutes were sealed in non-public.

• Mr. Genest moved to adjourn at 8:40 pm. Mr. Robertson seconded. Passed 3/0
