Board Members Present: John Robertson, Chairman; Tom Davis, Selectman; Robert L Edwards, Selectman

Staff Present: Donna Hanson, Town Administrator

Agenda Items:

I.  Celebration for Chief Lester’s Retirement

• Mr. Robertson thanked Chief Lester for his years of service to the town and presented him with a plaque. Ms. Hanson thanked his wife and daughter for their support and gave each of them flowers. State Representative Jim Creighton read a proclamation from the speaker of the State House and a congratulatory letter from Governor Chris Sununu. Refreshments were served.

II.  Hiring

• Mr. Edwards moved to approve the hiring of Erich Clark, Annabelle Delisle, Laramie Wilson, Wubalem Harrison, Emily Vorhees, Chloe Griggs, Lisiah Torres, and Mckenna Proctor. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed 3/0

III.  Parking Permit

• Mr. Davis moved to increase the seasonal parking permit for Gregg Lake from $50.00 to $75.00. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0

IV.  Closing

• Mr. Robertson moved to adjourn at 7:00 pm. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0
