Select Board Meeting Minutes

Board Members Present: Robert L Edwards, Selectman; Tom Davis, Selectman

Board Members Absent: John Robertson, Chairman

Staff Present: Donna Hanson, Town Administrator, Monica  Hagelberg, Custodian

Others Present: Rick Wood and Hickey, Quantum Construction LLC., Engineers

Agenda Items:

I.  Town Hall Building Review

• Mr. Wolf and Mr. Hickey toured the building and determined there was no structural damage to the building. The bricks under the murals need immediate repairs but the rest of the damage to the building is maintenance. Mr. Davis suggested we fix the immediate problem of the tower and set up a five-year plan for maintenance.

II.  Closing

• The meeting closed at 2:10.
