Board Members Present: John Robertson, Chairman; Robert L Edwards, Selectman; Tom Davis, Selectman

Board Members Absent: Robert L. Edwards

Staff Present: Donna Hanson, Town Administrator

Agenda Items:

I.  Mural Tower Bids

• Ms. Hanson read the bids:

1. St. Hilaire Masonry - $44,500 Can begin work now but can’t complete until Spring of 2022.
2. Pro Point Restoration - $45,500 – Can begin work mid August.
3. Webber Masonry and Tile - $37,000 Can begin work in 2 weeks.

• Mr. Robertson moved to award the project to Webber Masonry and Tile. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed 2/0

II.  Closing

• Mr. Robertson moved to adjourn at 4:20 PM. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed 2/0
