Board Members Present: John Robertson, Chairman; Robert L Edwards, Selectman; Tom Davis, Selectman

Staff Present: Donna Hanson, Town Administrator; Clark Craig, A.R.T.S. Director

Agenda Items:

I.  Transfer Station Bids

  • Three bids came in from NRRA, Waste Management, and Naughton & Sons. Mr. Davis moved to award the bid to NRRA. Mr. Edwards seconded. Pass 3/0

II.  Non-Public

  • Mr. Davis moved to go into Non-Public RSA 91-A:3, II c, matters if discussed in public, would likely adversely affect someone’s reputation. Mr. Robertson seconded. Mr. Edwards abstained. Passed
  • Mr. Robertson moved to seal the non-public minutes. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed
  • Mr. Robertson moved to accept Mr. Edwards’s resignation from the Select Board. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed. 

III.  Closing

  • Mr. Robertson moved to adjourn at 4:50 PM. Mr. Davis seconded. Passed
