NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Antrim Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 at the Antrim Town Hall to act on an application from Richard Jr & Jeanine Edmunds for a variance from Article VII, Section C. (e) in order to construct a garage that would not meet the side setback requirement of 20’ feet.  The property is located at 3 Bryers Lane, Antrim, NH 03440 (Tax Map 245 Lot 013) in the Rural District. 

You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Masks and social distancing are required. This hearing will also be live on Zoom for audio only, and log on information will be posted on the Agenda on the Town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
