Draft minutes for December 2021 Antrim PARC
In Attendance: Celeste, Joan, Jonas, Isaac, Tom Ott and Tim
Minutes from last meeting approved as drafted
Gregg Lake: Celeste shared draft versions of park, landscape and building designs. She and Joan explained work for phase #1. Motion to request up to $40,000.00 from CIP was approved. Review meeting to discuss final budget scheduled for 12-16.
Memorial Park: Decorations for winter are in process. Cameras are up and being monitored by police.
Shea Field: Isaac stated that we may have to start paying for water used on the field.
Town gym: Indoor programs going well.
Rec. Dept: A request to walk dogs in the gym was sent to Celeste.
Other Topics: Peter from the Conservation Commission will walk with Isaac on property next to the Hurlin Trust property for future use through the PARC.
