NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be advised that on Thursday, January 7th, 2021 at its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. the Planning Board will act on the submission of an application from Stephen R. Schacht for a minor subdivision for property located at 56 West Street, Antrim NH 03440 Tax Map 242, Lot 016 in the Rural District. Should the Board accept the application as complete, it will move immediately into public hearing on the merits of the proposal.  Should a decision not be made at this time, this application will stay on the Board’s agenda until it is either approved or disapproved. Due to COVID-19, all in attendance are required to wear a cloth face covering following CDC guidelines and to social distance. This Public Hearing will be live on Zoom for audio only, and the log in information will be posted on the town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices by appointment only 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday; or electronically by emailing antrimplan2@tds.net.

Please be advised that the following Public Hearings that were scheduled on Thursday, December 17th, 2020 have been rescheduled to Thursday, January 7th, 2020 at the regular meeting time beginning at 7:00 P.M due to the inclement weather. The Planning Board will act on the following submitted applications:

SR Jones for an excavation permit to continue a previously-approved excavation operation and site plan approval to recycle or stockpile off-site materials at 123 Clinton Road, Tax Map 233, Lot 44 in the Rural District. 

Steve Crowell for a conditional use permit for an accessory dwelling unit greater than 800 square feet for property located at 3 High St, Antrim NH 03440 Tax Map 104, Lot 104 in the Residential W&S District.

Should the Board accept the application(s) as complete, it will move immediately into Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal.  Should a decision not be made at this time, the application(s) will stay on the Board’s agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
