NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to RSA 675:3 and 675:7, Notice is hereby given that the Antrim Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Antrim Town Hall on a proposal to amend Article XI-A, Shoreland Protection District by a comprehensive re-write of the entire ordinance, the purpose of which is to remove unnecessary terms, clarify the review process, and better specify what uses can be allowed under what circumstances within the protected shorelands.
A full copy of the proposed amendments are posted on the Town’s website https://www.antrimnh.org/ and available at the Antrim Town Hall by appointment only or electronically by emailing antrimplan2@tds.net or clicking on the PDF below. This Public Hearing will be live on Zoom for audio only, and the log on information will be posted on the Town’s website. For those attending in person, you are required to wear a cloth face covering and follow CDC guidelines for social distancing.
