NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that on Thursday, April 15th, 2021 at its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. the Planning Board will act on the submission of an application from Landsite Corp for an excavation permit to continue a previously-approved excavation site for property located at 470 Clinton Road, Tax Map 213, Lot 003 in the Rural District. Should the Board accept the application as complete, it will move immediately into Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal. Should a decision not be made at this time, this application will stay on the Board’s agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
This Meeting will be in person upstairs at the Antrim Town Hall. Those attending in person must maintain social distancing and wear a mask in accordance to the CDC guidelines. This meeting will be live for audio only on Zoom. The Log on information will be on the Agenda posted on the Towns website. The application and supporting documents can be viewed electronically by emailing antrimplan2@tds.net, or by calling to schedule an appointment to view the application in person. The Antrim Town Hall is currently appointment only.
