NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be advised that on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. the Planning Board will act on the submission of an application from Antrim Limited Partnership c/o Heritage Financial Services for a lot line adjustment for property located near Craig and Hattie Brown Roads, Antrim NH 03440 Tax Map 235, Lot 014 and Tax Map 212 Lot 030 in the Rural Conservation District. Should the Board accept the application as complete, it will move immediately into Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal.  Should a decision not be made at this time, this application will stay on the Board’s agenda until it is either approved or disapproved. Due to COVID-19, all in attendance are required to wear a cloth face covering following CDC guidelines and to social distance. This Public Hearing will be live on Zoom for audio only, and the log in information will be posted on the town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices by appointment only 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday; or electronically by emailing antrimplan2@tds.net.
