NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be advised that on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. the Planning Board will act on the submission of an application from Clark County Holdings, LLC for an 8-lot subdivision at Old Pound Road, Tax Map 227, Lot 022 in the Rural District. In addition to the subdivision approval, the proposal also requires a Conditional Use Permit for a wetland crossing.  Should the Board accept the application as complete, it will move immediately into public hearing on the merits of the proposal.  Should a decision not be made at this time, this application will stay on the Board’s agenda until it is either approved or disapproved. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday; or electronically by emailing antrimplan2@tds.net.
