TOWN OF ANTRIM - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 upstairs at the Antrim Town Hall concerning the following: Tom & Joyce Davis are requesting a variance from Article XI-A, Section 10, C. and Article VIII, Section C.3, in order to extend an existing deck 30 feet into the 100-foot Shoreland Protection setback on property located at 6 Jackman Shores Road, (Tax Map 206, Lot 018) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Lakefront Residential District.   

You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Masks and social distancing are required. This hearing will also be live on Zoom for audio only, and log on information will be posted on the Agenda on the Town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
