TOWN OF ANTRIM - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 upstairs at the Antrim Town Hall concerning the following: Bruce & Teresa Engel are requesting a variance from Article VIII, Section C.4 in order to build a garage within the 20’ foot side yard setback requirement on property located at 125 Mountainside Drive, (Tax Map 201, Lot 042) in Antrim, NH 03440 in the Lakefront Residential District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Masks and social distancing are required. This hearing will also be live on Zoom for audio only, and log on information will be posted on the Agenda on the Town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Antrim Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 on amendments to the Board’s Rules of Procedure. The purpose of the amendments is to clarify: that an applicant may choose to continue an application if a full Board is not present; and that any waivers granted from the Rules are not permanent, but apply only to that meeting.
