NOTICE OF A CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Antrim Zoning Board of Adjustment will continue the Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 at the Antrim Town Hall to act on an application from Clifford Thornberry & Noel Bryant for a variance from Article XI-A, Section Q in order to rebuild the existing non-conforming dwelling, improve driveway access, and construct a new garage within the Shoreland Protection District for property located at 15 Hillside Drive, Antrim NH 03440 (Tax Map 214 Lot 055) in the Lakefront Residential District.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel to state reasons why you think this request should or should not be granted. Masks are not required but social distancing is still enforced. This hearing will also be live on Zoom for audio only, and log on information will be posted on the Agenda on the Town’s website. Written concerns should be submitted to the Antrim Town Office prior to the meeting by mail, in person, or email at antrimplan2@tds.net. The application and supporting documents are available for review at the Antrim Town Offices Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
