Matthew Raidbard is an Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director at the University of Hartford and the author of Lead Like A Pro: Effective Leadership Styles For Athletic Coaches.

Matthew Raidbard has been a men's college basketball and senior-level college athletics administrator for the past 15 years. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and his research primarily focuses on determining the best leadership style and behaviors for athletic coaches to practice.

Lead Like A Pro: Effective Leadership Styles For Athletic Coaches is designed to teach athletic coaches, at all levels of sports, about leadership practice, and help them to become more intentional and effective leaders for their athletes and teams.
