February 19, 2019

Present: Shelly Connolly, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner, Cindy Jewett

Ron moved and Shelly seconded adoption of the agenda.  Voted unanimously.

Shelley moved and Ron seconded adoption of the Minutes from the January 8, 2019 meeting.  Voted unanimously.

Shelly presented the monthly financial report.  The Library has a strong balance.

Cindy gave the Director’s report which described a number of new Library-based clubs and readers’ groups.

Ron moved that Laurie Cass-Griggs be reimbursed for her out of pocket expenses as a Notary Public.  Steve seconded.  Adopted unanimously. 

Library staffers are working on the summer reading program and on Humanities to Go programs. 

The Library will be offering passes to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, the Boston MFA, the Currier Museum of Art, the Montshire Science Museum, and New Hampshire State Parks.

Shelly moved and Ron seconded adjournment.  Adopted unanimously.
