James A Tuttle Library Meeting Minutes
September 23rd, 2019

Members Present: Rick Wood, Shelly Connolly and Steve Ullman were physically present:  Nancy Blair, Cindy Jewett, and Diane Kendall attended via Microsoft Team Meetings.

Due to the unexpected request from the Town Administrator that the Town's portion of the Library Budget was due in just days, this meeting was held outside of the normal schedule with sufficient post and public notice so as to completed the task of presenting the draft budget on schedule.

This meeting was held to discuss the proposed budget to be submitted to the town:

Each line item was discussed and the amount to submit was agreed upon

Steve moved and Shelly seconded the agreed upon budget to be submitted and the motion passed.

This budget will be submitted to the town.
