Chair Rick Wood called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.
The Trustees engaged in a short public comment period.
Diane moved the acceptance of the agenda. Steve seconded. Adopted unanimously.
Diane moved the adoption of the November meeting’s Minutes. Steve seconded. Adopted unanimously.
Diane presented the Treasurer’s Report. She clarified questions about the Trustees’ accounts.
Chair Wood presented our proposed 2022 budget to the Antrim Select Board.
The Select Board offered guidance to Chair Wood on the Gazebo project.
Steve moved that the four Tuttle Library employees receive end of the year bonuses of $250 each and that the Library Director receive an end of the year bonus of $500. Diane seconded the motion. Adopted unanimously.
Cyndi delivered the Director’s Report. She indicated that numerous teenagers have shown renewed interest in Library programs. Several have offered programmatic suggestions.
The Library recently received a grant for children’s programs from the Association of Rural and Small Libraries, the New Hampshire Library Association, and the New England Library Association.
The Library also received American Recovery Rescue Act funds to support the Project LIFT adult literacy programs coordinated by Hillsboro’s Fuller Library.
Cyndi reviewed the proposed telescope use policy. Diane moved adoption of the telescope policy as presented. Steve seconded. Voted unanimously.
Rick will be attending the Planning Board meeting on December 16th to seek final approval of the Gazebo project.
To install a Little Library at Shea Field, the Trustees will need Select Board approval.
At 7:36 p.m. Steve made a motion to adjourn. Diane seconded. Adopted unanimously.
