Discussion about shelving canopies, reviewed quote. Decision tabled until March
New table for Project LIFT Adult Literacy purchased through the ARPA grant. The table will be in the room next to the Historical Society.
Circulation numbers are up.
Report on Event Keeper, program which allows patrons to sign up for events.

Old Business
Gazebo: order is in, payment has been made, delivery is expected late April, early May. John Dunlap will lead the assembly. (Wingnut Electrical)
Discussion: commemorative bricks for gazebo walkway, cost, sizes, and installation. Rick showed drafts of order forms. Decision tabled until March meeting.
Review of Personal Conduct Policies
Interior lights upgrade – confirming that the town will pay the cost, 4,000 for switch to LED lighting, which will save over 100.00/month in electric fees.
Teen Room focus group will be meeting to discuss ideas for a redesign for the teen room.

New Business
Front door doesn’t always get closed, needs pull handle, pneumatic closure?
Fireplace filler - Nancy and Cindy will work on designing this together
Shelving in children’s room needs some bracing
